Rider 400 will not connect to newer SmartPhones .. any clues as to why?
I have tried several phones and tablets .. all in discovery mode .. none will connect to the 400 .. I seem to remember there was a setting on the phone that needs to be turned off .. i cant remember what it was .. any ideas?? cheers
Unfortunately I can't help you but can advise that my TT400 connected without issue to my Samsung Galaxy S9. I've not turned anything off on the phone for this.
