My GO 500 has formatted my 4 GB micro-SD-card.
It Asks: use for maps or routes.
I chose Routes.
Formatting works fine.
But after that, Mydrive Connect still claims that there is not enough space.
Those 4GB extra has done no difference.
1. What can I do?
2. Why can’t I have a Map zone?

Hi
@Søren Midtiby
Sorry to say a 4GB Micro SDHC Memory card is too small to be of any use other than transferring route/s planned offline onto the device
You can't split a Map across Onboard memory and a Memory card
The whole map must be installed on the Onboard memory or a Memory card
As far as as I'm aware all of the Larger Europe Maps are around 8GB to 9GB
So the Minimum Micro SDHC Memory card that can be installed is 16GB... Max 32GB
I use a Branded 16GB Class10 Micro SDHC Memory card
With the Full Europe Map 8.9GB install on the Memory card

Thank you very much for your good answer!
Do you have an answer to my second question:
Why can’t I have a Map zone?
I don't need all of Europe, but I am not given the option...0 -
That makes sense!
Thank you!0 -
