Mazda NB1 Update problem

    This week I had contact with TOMTOM help desk. problem has been known since the beginning of March. They don't know when problem is solved. You should try again or it works, the advice was. That this is still possible at this time. I had given the tip to report a problem on site and to report when it would be resolved. This is technically not possible. I am curious who first discovers when it works again. Also indicated that many users have to contend with. We had to wait patiently :) #nice we can not make it.

    I have exactly the same problem with updating the map on my Mazda NB1. I am extremely annoyed as I have just renewed my amp subscription.

    How can I report this to TomTom? There used to be a fault reporting system but it does not seem to exist now.

    The first one to mention this problem was in july 2018 on the German language forum
    so it is no new.

    Problem solved after updatet to latest TomTom Home.

    Wrong Toolmaker.

    I had to do the update have have cleaned everything possible and the map file JJntd will not load. It hangs.

    So its another fail for Tom Tom. Australia maps and Mazda NB1 system.

    I just tried the newest map update and getting the same issue, are you guys aware of this and it there a fix?

    OS: Windows 10 64-Bit
    Card: SanDisk 32GB 80MB/s
    Network: Wired 150 Mbps

    @Minyata Just a heads up i was having this issue as well and spoke with support. They released a tom tom home update today that fixed this issue for me.

    Note i had to uninstall and reinstall tom tom home since my version kept saying it was updated even when it wasnt. After the updating the map download and installed with no errors.
