I have increased storage capacity by adding a memory card. I have tried to add to my places several addresses in France but no addresses can be found. Do I have to wait until I am actually in France before I can install theses addresses?

The Start devices Use the Step by Step Search engine....
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Drive to --> Address --> Tap on the Flag Icon (Screen top right)
Select the French Tricolor
Don't forget to re-select the United Kingdom Map when you have finished

Did you increase your memory and purchase a new European Map so you have the Original Map, possibly UK only, and the New map on it . If so have you switched to the new map in Settings.
if the map on your unit is a European Map then you should be able to find addresses throughout Europe if when you enter the Search screen it says Whole Map top right of the screen.
