Accident BlackSPART!?

Accident blackspot alerts are clearly read as 'Accident Black SPART'. Can this please be re-recorded for a future release? I routinely drive on a road (the A4020) where the BlackSPARTS occur every 1-200 metres.

It's just a bit annoying

    It's a 6100 with v10.25 maps (although it has been a problem for the last few updates) and the voice is the standard Serena.

    Our 2nd Line team has created jobs to remove the Serena voice.

    Just connect the to MyDrive Connect and let the jobs process. You will see a buffering circle and the device may reboot.

    Once done, disconnect the device.. Do a Soft reset.

    Now connect the device again and check for updates..

    Download the Serena voice and test the voice guidance after planning a route.

    Well, the update was a breeze, let's see if Serena can now say 'spot'.

    I'll update once I have driven down the A4020 again.

    No difference at all I am sorry to say Vikram.

    The warning is still 'accident blackspart'.

    Everything else on the 6100 works well.
