How long for account to unlock?

I tried to connect my brand new 6200 WiFi this morning, which didn't work, and as suggest on screen I tried and tried again. To no avail.

I have since downloaded MyDrive Connect and on attempting to login it informs me my account is temporarily locked. I guess due to the multiple login attempts I was prompted to perform by the PND.

How long do I have to wait for my account to unlock?

Could someone in customer care please unlock it manually instead?

    For WiFi Devices you dont need MyDrive Connect when you have WiFI

    You do need MyDrive if the WiFi updates aren't working. But my question was how long does it take for you account to unlock.

    I have since discovered its 6 hours.

    I don't know, I haven't had this yet, but support can tell you.
