Update Start 42 with mydrive connect is not working

If I want to update my Start 42 navigation system mydrive starts with a download of the update and then checks. There it stops, the PC can be on for hours, but it remains at check. Can someone tell me what caused this.
Relatives of mydrive have no effect. The problem is persistent.
