i logged in to my account and started to updat and it wouldnt let me,says i have a tom tom start 25 and i dont i have the via 1500/505/tm how do i change it i dont want to loose my life time maps,,,,ty

    Is he flag on the screen set to US or UK? That model goes by both names depending upon whether you are in North America or Europe.

    You still should have been able to get updates, though. Check with support when open:
