waiting for valid GPS signal

New Seeker
my Start 25 won't connect to a "valid GPS signal" . Have done a re-set but still no joy, can anyone help please?

Use MyDrive Connect and make sure it is up todate.
Make sure you are outside and see if it it eventually connects to the Satellites.
If that fails try a Full reset via Settings, System , Reset Device. You will lose all data on the unit and have to reset it up and log it into your TT Account. The using should then restore any Favourites, Poi and Route files you have on your account.
If that fails Contact Customer Support. See Contact at bottom of the page.
