GO620 voice directions not working

Just bought a GO620. Sound on , volume turned up , visual directions display ok but NO voice directions . At the start of a trip it states the ETA( which indicates that voice is ok ) and then nothing from then on in .
Need help ! Most disgusted with this tomtom product which was not a cheap item
can anyone suggest how this can be fixed

    Is the mouth icon to the right of the volume bar muted? (select 'Menu' to see the screen). In other words, is there a line through the icon? If so, tap to unmute it.

    Thank u very much for the prompt response and assistance . Yeahhh - Instant solution !!! Had stuffed around with Settings to the point of frustration to no avail . Such a simple obvious little thing and yet I failed to see it . Can’t thank u enough for your help . Very much appreciated .

    Great worked 1st time, must have been my big fingers that upset the setting without knowing it
