Welcome to the community!
I have reactivated the map on your account.
Please remove the existing map first using TomTom HOME and then download a fresh version that gets offered.

Steps:
# Click Manage my device in TomTom HOME and select the Items on the device tab.
# Expand Maps and then select the map you want to remove.
# Click Remove selected items
# Click OK to delete the map

You should be offered the Europe map in TomTom HOME..

I have the same issue that the @vr7255835 has.
I just bought a Renault Megane 3 with the Camrminat TomTom nav, and after updating with the TomTom HOME and I'm getting the "Problem with map you cannot use this map on this device tomtom: Europe-100381" error.

Welcome to the community! A map has been activated for your TomTom. Just remove the existing map and download a fresh version offered under updates using TomTom HOME.

I see you've been very helpful here and I hope you can help me also.
I've just found my old XL310 in a box after moving house 5 years ago, I remember trying to update my device and it no longer worked after that so I just packed it away.
Today I've tried to load it up but it says no maps found. Are you please able to send the activated map to my TomTom Home?
