Hi all my tom-tom rider 550 prompts map and camera downloads then after it does it it says failed but then states your rider is now up to date any ideas.Thanks

    It may be that your device is actually up-to-date and it was trying to download what was already on your device. If that is not the case it will try to download again within 24 hours.
