How do you restore your my places list? I've just reinstalled Go on my new phone but I can't get My Places back even although I'm logged in

Otherwise, check if the locations are available at MyDrive Web

TomTom does not store or synchronize My Places in the navigation subscription account. If you still have access to your older phone, set it to synchronize to MyDrive at menu item TomTom Services/MyDrive Sync. Then other phones/devices can synchronize those same My Places also through their MyDrive Sync setting.
