My runner3 hasn't recorded my average heart rate since december, and I wear it at least 20 hours a day, even sleeping.
Is there something I can do to restart this feature?
When doing sports, heart rate is shown with no problem and the green light turns on from time to time.

Try a factory reset and make sure you have it turned on under Tracker>Heart.2
