    Welcome to the community!

    Could you try a soft reset, and then test the device again.

    Soft reset- Press and hold the on/off button till you hear the drum sounds.

    ps The "Drop-Down" doesn't seem to work correctly for UserNames containing a space!!

    OOpps.. Yeah.. changed it..

    I think the space should not be allowed in the user name for the @ mentions to work correctly..
