MyDrive Connect - login problems

Hi,

I cannot log in to my MyDrive Connect version 4.2.3.3625, Windows 7, Polish lang pack.

Error message is about incorrect email or password. Naturally, I have reset the password, but with no success. On the other side I can use these credentials on TomTom web (and forum).

Do TomTom experiencing some technical problems? I saw similar problems on this forum from the past, but these are not helpful.

    A different browser perhaps?

    Do you have a very long or complicated password? Used to be that the web allowed more complex and longer passwords than the app. Perhaps shorten the password and try again?
