No updates available for my GO 5000

I have been checking for updates on my GO 5000 over the passed few days and it would appear none are available, am I missing something???????

    Only had one of each, map and speed camera update for the passed few weeks. What is happening with TOMTOM,

    Received this but totally confused,  and waiting for clarification.  REALLY struggling to work new system out, even signing . Just me I expect....

    Firstly,  this forum has used my OLD U.N I used on the Very first Go, (should be BJB123) and can't change it grrrr.. this is the reply I received today 5 Feb
