MyDrive Connect Keeps Asking To Connect Rider But Sat Nav Shows Connected

I haven't updated my Rider 400 for a couple of months or so and using a new laptop I've come up with a problem trying to update my Sat Nav.

It connects and shows updates downloading for a minute then MyDrive Connect asks me to reconnect my Rider, but the Rider says "Connected to Your Computer".

I'm using the official cable for the device.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
