Hi I would like to use the interval training settings on my watch. For example 6x 1 mile efforts with 3 min recovery. At the end of my run I’d like to know the times of my 1 mile efforts. Is this recorded somewhere in the settings or can I do it manually with the Laps or splits settings. But remember I’d like to be in the interval setting so I don’t think I can access to Laps settings from here.
Knowing the the time of each 1 mile effort would really enhance my training.
