How do I mail support?

A few months ago, I bought a TomTom Start 25, including lifelong map updates. Every quarter, a new map should be provided. However, I am getting the notification that my map is 8 months old, but when plugging in on the desktop, I don't get a map update (only small GPS fixes).

How do I get my map updates?
(Website is very unhelpful. It often freezes, or shows pages with zero information.
