Map Error

Hi there I have a Via52 sat nav for a year Map ver 10.20 I have had this fault since I purchased the satnav January 2018. With or without any route planned in the speed panal display it shows the current speed & speed limit also the name of the road ie (Middleton Rd B769) then the name of the road will change to South Deeside Rd which is 186 miles away this can someone advise please

    The problem may be in fact be caused by a slow Internet connection. You can conduct an Internet speed test that will tell you the exact status of your Internet speed. You can also check the Internet speed test for what you are paying for. If it is not satisfactory, then reset the router following the steps given on how to reset linksys router and get a better Internet connection.

    I have also faced the same MAP error and I have also tried to solve this error by resetting the router and also checked how to reset linksys router, but no suggestion is found. I am eagerly waiting for the solution.
