MyDrive Connect doesn't detect the sdhc card.

I'm trying to update a map in my TomTom Start 52 using a Scandisk micro SDHC 16gb.
When I connect the Tomtom to MyDrive Connect, it seems as if it doesn't have a Sd card.
I don't know why the program doesn't detect the card, but I formatted it and it continues with the same problem.

It may be the Internet issue and if you are using a router, then I will suggest you reset the router and if you need any help in this matter, just check how to reset linksys router and get a better WiFi Internet connection.0
