My model of TomTom

When looking on hereto find out how to update my satnav, I'm not finding my model as a choice (4PL50) and when I ignore the '4' I'm told the model I have is not supported any longer. As I understood when I purchased this, I had lifetime updates. Not very impressed that I can't contact TomTom unless I know my model number, and my model number isn't available to choose. Actually not very impressed that I can't contact TomTom by any means at all!

    Would suggest that you give Customer Support a call:-

    If you get an automated response asking for the Model No, DON'T respond, it will eventually put you through!

    I think 4PL50 is TomTom's internal number for one of the wifi-enabled Go devices (see the addendum in the manual here).

    I believe it's the Go 5200, which is very much supported :thumbsup:

    If your device is ZB then its a TomTom GO 5200 Wi-Fi, which is one of the latest devices and is fully supported
