Go mobile on iPhone stuck loading

iPhone SE. Downloaded latest map, stuck on loading app. Turned phone off and on, no change, downloaded latest version, no change.
Shall I try uninstalling?

    Could you try few troubleshooting steps below:

    # In the iPhone settings, go to ‘iCloud’
    # Scroll to find the specific app and toggle the app to ‘Off’
    # Now, uninstall the app by ‘Tap and hold’ the app icon till it starts shaking and clicks the ‘x’ in the top right corner of the icon

    If this does not resolve the issue then please report it to the customer service for further investigation.

    I have the same problem and the same thing happened last time I updated the map. Then I uninstalled the app (without any iCloud switch to off). After reinstall it worked again, BUT .... I lost all my places!!! Really enoying. Which is why I'm hesitating this time.
    Seriously - I see the problem isn't unique for me. Doesn't TomTom consider this important enough?

    1. Restart the iPhone
    2. Using Recovery Mode
    These methods may solve "Stuck on Loading Screen" problem.
