Tomtom Start20 does not connect in My Drive Connect
I bought a used Tomtom Start 20 and I wanted to update the maps via My Drive Connect. The item has been used on a different account and I wanted to transfer it on my account. I've connected my device to my laptop and I left it connected for about 4 hours and nothing happened. I've tried this 3 times now and the same result. I've restarted the app a few times but the result is the same...it doesn't connect.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem? Is it a common problem?
