Live traffic has stopped working with Error 1001 Go 750

I have a Go 750 live with a Live traffic subscription valid until August 2019. The Live traffuc now has a yellow triangle and returns error 1001.

    Hello, I would like to run the Tom Tom Live service on my Carminat Tom Tom Live device, but I have a problem that the navigation does not start the Live service. I have read the instructions given on the Tom Tom website, and still nothing. Could someone help me make mistakes? I will add that it is about the territory of Poland
