App doesn't shows the statistics and scores

After connection between the golfer 2 watch and the app the overvieuw of the golf rond is shown on my phone. Data, such as par, score, best distance etc is shown.
Selecting the last golf round, a circel starts turning. Waiting for 5 minutes or more, still nothing happens. A network as well as WI-FI are availabele.
What is the problem?

    This sounds like a corrupted file. It's probably best to remove it from https://mysports.tomtom.com/app/activities/ by clicking the pen in the top right.

    In this situation it is also a good idea to create a fake round on the watch to see if the mobile app can still upload it. Corrupted activities on the watch can prevent new activity files from uploading.
