Do we get map 1020 for android? If so how do we force an update?

No force is necessary; when a new version of a map becomes available the app will nag you to download it. If you have installed multiple maps you must select each one in turn to get the nag and perform the update. This is an older technology and a newer one with continuous background updates will be coming at some still unannounced future date.0
