Update Disaster!

I updated my Start 25 from Mydrive, now it is unuseable! Comes up with a message "you cannot use this map on this device United_kingdom_and Republic_of Ireland 101676". Tried a reset, no improvement, what do I do now???

    Hi John

    Welcome to the community!

    Perhaps that could be because the existing map on your device is corrupted.

    I have asked the 2nd Line team to create jobs will that will remove the corrupted map when you connect the device to MyDrive Connect.

    The device may reboot during this process.

    Disconnect and reconnect the device to check for updates again.

    OK, thanks for that. Vikram. Got a problem with the computer mydrive is installed on, it's refusing to connect to the internet, so I can't do anything right now!
