What a slow card processing

On May 12, 2018, a map adjustment passed with a maximum speed. situation now exists for 2 years.
I even added a Rijkswaterstaat link to make it faster to adjust.
Customer service is also a tragedy and they do not want to contact the card department to adjust it faster.

    Customer service staff have also reported this to me before. I notice that your Map Department does not pick this up as soon as possible.
    11-09-2018 I was promised that it would be picked up quickly by your map department.

    Apparently our reports are not taken seriously
