GO 6100- Not connecting to TomTom Services

I have updated our TomTom and now we can not get Traffic working, I have turned off, Reset, held down on/off button, flicked it licked it as and nope it still will not work. Its about to be DROP kicked across the yard and a HX1 purchased come on HEMA maps.

    Have you tried a "hard" reset to restore the device to its original state? If not, that may be worth a try. Provided you have all your POI's sychronised to your TomTom MyDrive account, you won't lose anything and all you will need to do after logging back in to TomTom live services is configure the various options on your device to the way you want them to be.

    Live Traffic devices in Oz are affected by the 2G network shutdown some time ago. Call support for further information:
