How to update maps for Carminat TomTom LIVE from Croatia

I would like to update map of Europe for Carminat TomTom using TomTom HOME but when I start with purchasing, I have to put billing address in UK. Otherwise I can't finish purchase.
I am from Croatia and I am starting with Croatian web but when I want to go Shop, automatically web goes to UK version.
Does anyone knows how to do online purchase of maps from Croatia?

    Since you are purchasing a downloaded service, you don't have to enter your physical address when placing an order.

    You can trick the system by providing a dummy address.

    one mistake. I will say this. The company seems to have a reputation, but customer service is terrible. The letters give direction to the forum tomtom. Absurd such a company!
