Missing Map Updates on Go Professional 6250

I purchased my sat nav Go Professional 6250 just over a year ago. Despite receiving various updates - Mapshares, speed cameras and software, I have realised that I have never received notification of a map update and consequently I am using a map which is 20 months old! I have checked my account and I do have Lifetime Maps activated. However nowhere on my device can I see reference to Lifetime Maps being activated (in a similar way that I can see traffic and speed camera updates) should this be also listed under subscriptions? Has anyone any idea why I'm not receiving map updates and how to resolve this? I have this evening reset my device but this hasn't solved the problem.

    Welcome to the Forum.

    Firstly I note that your Device has been updated to the ver-18.2 Software - which suggests to me that you receiving updates - in other words, the problem is NOT that the Device is Failing to Update & that you are connecting to WiFi (at convenient times)!

    Accordingly, I personally would suggest that you contact Customer Service:-
