Why wont my Adventurer connect to the desktop app (windows 10)?
When i launchg the app, it says that its connected and the windows explorer opens so i can browse the drive.
BUT... when the desktop app finishes loading, I get the message,
"We could not connect to your watch, Disconnect your watch then connect it again. If it still won't connect, contact the TomTom Customer Support for help"
I installed the desktop app on another machine and it worked ok. Does anyone have any ideas before i have to contact TomTom directly.
