How to add a device to my account?

how can I place a used purchased device on my account?
I recently bought an almost new device (2e hand) and want to put that on my account.
how do I do that for each other?

    If a device needing MyDriveConnect, then simply open MyDriveConnect and click on Add a Device after you have logged in.

    when I do so, the respons is; can't find or open the site.....
