my tom tom traffic keeps loading but not working.

    You mean with the rds-tmc combo charger?

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    Tried the 20s a few times not working.

    Does the device recognize when you connect the rds-tmc charger (will say on screen that the rds-tmc is connected)? Is there a green dot at the top of the trip bar?
