Device will only take me to Dublin!

I live in the Midlands (UK) and device will only plan route to Dublin regardless of my destination. How can I correct this please?

I have tried resetting a couple of times with no success. It only happens when I use postcode or an address, it is ok if I use a recent destination. As soon as I type in a postcode or name of a town, it immediately shows only Dublin. Any other solutions?
