Why is my watch not holding its charge?

I have a tomtom runner 2 cardio, when the the battery runs down I charge it up. But it now doesn’t hold
its charge anymore. During a race it died on me and it’s frustrating. I have had it for 2 years.

It could be the battery has reached the end of its life or it could be a firmware issue. Try a factory reset and if that does not fix it ask for a rollback to 1.3.255 at the link below, which has fixed it for some users.
