Map purchased but not offered for download -Iberia
I use MyDrive Connect to update Map. There is a notice saying "Your Device is uptoday" ; but there is no Ibertia Map in my TomTom.
I double checked with Setting then Switch Map as well as List of Country and State in Route Plan. The result is the same: no Ibertia map
I tried to contact TomTom "Help" for installation, but could not do it because the Tomtom Website is no friendly or I am not good in search. there is no phone number for customer to contact.
Any advice?

You did log into the map shop with the same details that you do for MyDriveConnect?
