On the tom tom app it's says transporting to Strava. On my Strava appnut tells me how to connect to my tomtom.
I have completed what needs to be done but it won't transfer my runs to Strava. Why?
Your best bet is to remove the Strava upload and then reinstall it just to be sure. On the Apps & Exporting tab delete the entry for Strava. Then go into Strava and under Settings> Apps revoke the access for TomTom. Now go back into MySports and add Strava again. You will be prompted for your Strava login credentials which will reset the link. Be aware it only transfers new activities, it will not transfer your history.

At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
