I’ve created routes on my Mac. My Go6000 broke just before my road trip. TomTom gave me access to the Go app but I can’t see how to get My Routes on it. I use an iPhone. Any help gratefully received.
Unfortunately this is still not available for the iPhone. It is available on Android though. We have been waiting years for this to happen. I had hoped that when it became possible to sync My Places that My Routes would follow shortly. No such luck. This facility to import routes is something I need regularly and until it becomes available on iPhone the Go app is of no use. Fortunately I own a Go 6200 so I have to make do with that for now. You may like to consider looking into MyRoute.app. The gold level is well worth the extra. It works from a web page and an app on the iPhone. It is by far the best way to create routes and they can be available in the app or downloaded to TomTom devices or Android Go Mobile. MyRoute.app has a companion app for iPhone called Navigation and any routes created in MyRoute.app are automatically available in Navigation. Navigation is a satnav so you can run the selected route. Navigation is still in the early stages of development but does work as a basic satnav and fine for following routes.
No doubt Go app is a very useful app, to track the route and situation of the user but,Exactly, I also agree with Jcochrane, this is no longer available for iOs, this is now only applicable for Android, and there is a lot versions also available in iPhone Overheating and you can check it out also, to notice that the iOs version is launched or not,
The MyRoute-app navigation app is not so good and needs lots of development, the rest of the suite with MyRoute-app is very good.
Come on TomTom let’s get this app sorted you have customers waiting, very soon most people will be using their phones to navigate and you will miss a trick.

Apple is listed (rumor) as a potential buyer of TomTom corporation

And of course a perfect working GoMobile app for iPhone
