TomTom won't get past I agree

When you switch the sat nav on it won't get past I agree

    Try the reset hole on the bottom of the device. Also make sure the battery is fully charged.

    Hi we have done this many times and it keeps going back to I Agree, or if you connect to the computer, it asks do we want to connect Yes or No and it won't do anything if you press either one!
