TomTom in-built in Peugeot 3008

I have a new Peugeot 3008 with in-built TomTom, car registered in UK but I am in France now. The TomTom does not recognise a lot of road names, even in large towns and it is impossible to get help or get in touch with a person.

Thanks - that looks like it could be the answer. I'll try shortly. The only thing is although I am UK registered the problem with poor mapping is in France.
