Golfer 2 Update Problem
There's a problem with the courses on your watch. you can let us fix it, but if that doesn't work RESET your watch.
Tried both about 20 times !!! Still same message, GREAT start with my first TOMTOM product.
Anybody out there with any IDEAS ?
P.S I've uninstalling Sport Connect and reinstalling prog with no success.

I have also the same problem but my Clock is 2 years old. I had problem with the Connections to the app. I got information how to fix it. Do an reinstall and now I have the same problem as you. I have not fix it yet. The clock is dead I only get an picture in the clock with a display and connection clock. With this text under tomtom.com/reset. Now it’s not working when I reconnecting the clock from the computer.

Basically you need to uninstall the tomtom sport application and download the old one. After install the old one, you change the setting file with text editor to prevent it to upgrade to the latest one.

I am sorry to hear of the issues you have had with the course updates.
The steps below should resolve the issue:
- Uninstall MySports Connect:
- locate the MySports application in your applications or program list on your computer
- now select un install MySports or move it to the trash
- Install MySports Connect form following link (this is a new beta version only available direct from our support team):
o Mac:
https://sports.tomtom-static.com/downloads/matched/desktop/mysportsconnect/3_3_8/TomTomSportsConnectInstaller-3.3.8.pkg
o Windows:
https://sports.tomtom-static.com/downloads/matched/desktop/mysportsconnect/3_3_8/TomTomSportsConnectInstaller-3.3.8.exe
- Start MySports Connect and connect Golfer watch.
- When prompted for Fix it or Reset, press on Reset for application and courses to be reinstalled.
