After trying to update satnav goes straight to recovery mode and after a minute cogwheel stops and that is it.. Do not ask me to do a drumroll reset as this does not work.
Have searched this forum and no one seems to have a clue what to do. TOMTOM must have one of the worst customer support team I've encountered.
Just tell me is it possible to wipe the memory and start again
