order delay - cannot send inquiry via contact email on the webpage??!!

Hi,

My order got delayed by TomTom and I still did not received any updates on my case... am quite unhappy as I need the Tomtom device... I tried to write an email via the contact page, but I cannot send the email.. the button does no action ( tried with IE and Mozilla)...

how to get TomTom team to give me an update on my order ... ( the credit card is billed already... and I still dont have my ordered navi system) ????
