Expired maps for TomTom Start 42

I have a TomTom Start 42 which I loaded with a map of Europe over 12 months ago but is now out of date. I want to know if that map is still in my machine or has it been automatically deleted. I don't want to update it if I can still use it when I go to Europe next week.

    Europe map v9.90 is still active on your START 42

    Your order was for a single map and not a subscription for yearly updates(4 maps).

    There have been several map releases after your purchase. The current version being v10.11.
