start 25 map update issue

just updated start 25 to latest map but now keep getting message saying map is 500+ months old

    I read about deleting it from within the icon then it should re download but it hasn't?

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.


    See whether you still get the message.

    Yeah I’ve tried that and it made no difference.
    how can I get map again to download incase it’s downloaded badly

    ive had the same issues, is there a fix for this other than dealing with call centres?
