Last November I paid for a 1 year map update service (at least 4 updates).
Less than 2 months later was advised my navigation device's memory was not adequate for the new maps and "we have had to stop software updates, sales of map updates and other services as of January 2018".
TomTom must have known about this when I paid for my update service and should not have simply taken my money.
I got only 1 of 4 updates and I believe TomTom are effectively in breach of contract and should refund 3/4 of my premium.
Needless to say it is impossible to contact TomTom to ask them direct.
Anyone got any suggestions?

You years subscription should be honoured, check with Customer Services (do not reply to the automated system about which device you have and a real agent will answer)
