Lifetime Map Subscription expired

Hi folks!

I know there’s an issue with unsupported devices and Lifetime map subscriptions, but I don’t think that applies to me -- I have a Via 1530 / 1535 (not sure which) which is still supported.

I believe that TomTom didn’t have Mac software when the Via was first given to me, and I don’t use it very often, so I never registered it. The maps haven’t been updated in, oh, 80+ months, and I’m starting to use it more, which is why I downloaded MyDrive and registered it today.

I still have the card that came with the device, and it’s got a Promotional Code on it, but I don’t know if that’s how I should activate it these days, or if I start the purchasing process and then enter it, or what. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Contact Customer Services to regularise your subscription, (remain silent when asked by the auto system so as to speak to a real agent)
